1 egg

For toppings, you can customize as you like. Our favorites include chia seeds, hemp hearts, sliced strawberries, and banana. I usually buy my chia seeds, nuts and hemp hearts from Costco or Sam's Club to save some money. Adding these fresh fruits not only enhances the flavor but also loads your bowl with added vitamins and minerals! Feel free to skip them, but we promise, they elevate the oatmeal experience!
How to Make It
Now, let’s get to the fun part: making your delicious bowl of oatmeal!
In a medium bowl, combine the Bob's Red Mill High Protein Oats and Equip Strawberry Collagen. Mixing these two together first ensures that the collagen powder blends smoothly into the oats.
Add your choice of nut milk or water. Stir until everything is well combined.
Microwave your mixture for about 1-2 minutes, or until thick and creamy. For a thicker consistency, you can adjust the cooking time accordingly. You can also make this on the stove top by boiling your liquid first and then adding in your dry ingredients. Once you have done this, slowly "fluff" in your egg.
Once cooked, stir in the cashew butter. It takes this oatmeal to the next level of creaminess!
